Judo Competition Events Cancelled 2020 A message from the JQ Board

To all Queensland competitive Judoka, after a meeting of the Judo Qld Board on the 4th of August, and after extensive consultations with Clubs, and national Stake holders, to reduce health risks including virus transmissions the following Qld events have been cancelled for 2020. Australian National Championships will not go ahead. Gold Coast Open will not go ahead, Qld state champs in Cairns, has been rescheduled to April 2021. Lastly the Southern Qld Open at Lang Park has been cancelled. State Squad training North, and Southern Qld may go ahead strictly adhering to all industry plans precautions.
