Judo Queensland have started a creative workout challenge and now its your turn to get involved!
With everyone urged to #StayAtHome we want you to show us your #JudoAtHome
All you have to do is post a photo or video of yourself (or with others in your home) doing a home workout 😅
Get creative with the workout, setting, partner, costume etc. Most creative will win!!
The winner will receive a range of Judo Australia mechanise including a t-shirt, towel, water bottle and keying! 🥳
Make sure you tag JA and don't forget to use the #JudoAtHome or we won't be able to see your workout and you won't have the chance to win!
