Kusakura Gi Giveaway!

Our good friends at Kusakura Oceania have gifted us some crisp new JOEX🥋 and JNEX🥋 judogis to giveaway.

In return, all they want to see is some beautiful Ippons!

All you have to do is post a short video (10 seconds or so) on Facebook or Instagram showing us your best throw (Wazaris dont count) and tag @kusakuraoceania and @judoqueensland (because we want to see them too!)

The throws can be from competition, training or performing kata.

There are three categories and there will be a winner in each as well as ten runners up from each category.

Jnr/Snr Boys & Girls & no limits

Cadets/Jnr Men and Women & no limits

Snr/Vets Men and Women & no limits

The top prize in each category gets a brand new

750gm IJF approved White or Blue gi

10 runners up prizes are also up for grabs.

They will receive a $30 dollar voucher to spend in the Judo Qld merch store 

Competition conditions of entry:

• Entries need to be submitted via the method outlined above or your entry will not be eligible.
• Prizes may only be won by financial members of Judo Queensland.
• You may submit multiple entries, however, only one will be considered for prizes. You can not win more than one prize.
• The winners will be selected by members of the communications and marketing committee and Kusakura Oceania.
• Winners will be selected based on the quality of the technique. Any recognised judo throw can be used as long as it is an ippon! The more rare the technique and the cleaner it is the better the chance you will snag a gi.
• Submitting an entry into the competition as outlined above allows Judo Queensland to use your videos for promotional purposes 
• Entries close July 31 so you have plenty of time to get some good ones!
